1. Agreement to these Terms
By creating a Sanctify account, using the Sanctify app, accessing the Sanctify
store, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you
do not agree, do not use the service or purchase products. These Terms form a
binding agreement between you and TrueNorth Performance LLC ("Sanctify," "we,"
"us," "our").
2. What Sanctify is
Sanctify is a health, longevity, and performance application that helps you
organize protocols, log your own activity, track biomarker trends, and — where
you choose — coordinate with licensed clinical providers. Sanctify is a software
tool. It is not a medical provider, pharmacy, or laboratory, and it does not
provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified
clinician before making decisions about your health.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years of age and able to form a binding contract to use
the service or purchase products. By using Sanctify, you represent that you meet
these requirements and that the information you provide is true and accurate.
4. Your account
- You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all
activity under your account.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.
- You agree to use the service in compliance with all applicable laws.
- You agree not to misuse or disrupt the service, reverse-engineer it, or access
another user's account without authorization.
5. The Sanctify store — research use only
Products offered through the Sanctify store are sold strictly for research and
laboratory use only. They are not drugs, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or
medical devices, and they are not intended or approved for human or animal
consumption, ingestion, injection, or any therapeutic or diagnostic use. By
purchasing, you affirm that you are acquiring the products solely for lawful
research purposes and that you understand and accept this restriction.
The store is available only to signed-in Sanctify members who are 21 or older and
who have affirmed the store's research-use and eligibility terms. Product
descriptions are provided for research context only; they are not claims of
safety, efficacy, or suitability for any use in humans or animals.
6. Orders, pricing, and payment
- Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change at any time before an order is
placed.
- Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, or cancel
any order at our discretion — including for suspected unlawful or non-research
use, pricing or listing errors, or stock limitations.
- Payment is handled by our third-party payment processor. You authorize the
charge for your order total, including any applicable taxes.
7. Sourcing and shipping
Orders may be sourced and fulfilled by NxGen BioMed and may arrive in
NxGen-labeled vials and packaging. We ship within the United States. Certain
products may carry state-specific restrictions; you are responsible for ensuring
that your purchase and intended research use are lawful in your jurisdiction, and
you affirm that your shipping destination is within the United States.
8. Assumption of responsibility and risk
You accept full and sole responsibility for the products you purchase and for
their lawful handling, storage, and use, and you assume all risk associated with
them. You are solely responsible for complying with all laws and regulations that
apply to your acquisition, possession, handling, and use of the products.
9. Returns and refunds
Given the nature of the products, all sales are final except where required by
law or where an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Where a refund is issued, it is processed to the

10. Subscriptions and billing (where applicable)
Where Sanctify offers a subscription, the applicable terms, trials, and billing
details are presented at sign-up and in Settings → Subscription. You may cancel
as described there.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
The service and all products are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without
warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied
warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and
non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or
error-free.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sanctify, TrueNorth Performance LLC, and
their respective affiliates, officers, and partners will not be liable for any
indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any
loss arising out of your use of the service or your purchase, possession,
handling, or use of any product. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our
total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the order or
service giving rise to the claim.
13. Indemnification
You agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Sanctify, True North
Performance, and their respective affiliates, officers, and partners from any and
all liability, claims, or damages, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising
out of your purchase, possession, handling, or use of the products, or your
breach of these Terms.
14. Termination
You may stop using Sanctify at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for
any user who violates these Terms or applicable law.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we
will update the effective date and prompt you to re-accept inside the app. Your
continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its
conflict-of-laws rules. You and Sanctify agree that any dispute arising out of or
relating to these Terms or your use of the service will be brought exclusively in
the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to personal
jurisdiction there. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking
injunctive relief where appropriate, or from bringing an individual claim in
small-claims court.
